The Progression Leadership team visited the Kaomai Lanna Resort to facilitate an Interactive Team Building Expedition as part of the Hewlett Packard AEC Kickoff Event. Sixteen Hewlett Packard participants convened to engage in unique and fun activities that opened discussions about Accountability, Committment to the HP way and Teamwork or ACT.
The series of team building activities was highlighted by an action planning session that utilized lanterns or khom fai. Participants wrote down specific ways they would take ACTion when they returned to their home offices. Some noteable goals included:
