In the forested mountains above Chiang Mai, The Life Skills Development Foundation chose to engage in the day during an Action Leadership Seminar with Progression Leadership. The team building prefaced the company’s annual review meeting and focused on developing tools for efficient communication and team process.
A non-profit organization based in Chiang Mai, TLSDF (Rak Dek) runs projects that focus on early childhood care development, education, life skills curricula and children orphaned and made vulnerable by HIV. The full day team building experience ranged from high-energy activities and discussions to challenging large group initiatives.
